Maths time: The average was the measure used to described the wages for the Kellogs employees because it is subject to outliers. In other words, if they pay their bosses and management heaps of money, the average will be higher. If they were being honest, they would give the median wage. This gives the wage of the employee in the middle of the company. I would wager my left nut, that the median wage is far lower than the average wage. This just goes to show their is a great wage disparity within the company. More of a reason to go on strike.

In America we say "Math Time" not Math"s" pluralized. And in America there is no socialized medicine. So go back and watch the video again where they say the employees are given health insurance at no cost. The $120,000. wage average clearly must contain that "medical coverage" factoring heavily in a bloated shell game math equation. I'm guessing their insurance is based out of a veterinary barn in Iowa and then them citing price categories of medical expenses in Palm Springs. Boom- suddenly everyone is is making $120, 000. when their "free" insurance is factored in at obscene over- valuation rates.

I love listening to Tim; so funny and so relatable. As a recovered addict of ten years, I was dying laughing when he suggested a respectable addiction is popping a Percocet in your cubicle, been there done that. 🤣🤣

When I was in grade school, they used to bus overflow city kids into my suburban elementary school. On halloween we all dressed up and do a little parade. Many of the city kids couldn't afford costumes, or didn't have parents who'd send them in a costume (much like Ryan). So the school would shove a garbage bag over their head and tape a construction paper white "m" on it and make them all brown m and m's.

Mine used to take costume donations cause you know most kids just wear it once and then out grow it. So they’d just have a costume closet and let all the poor kids wear it for the day wash them and throw them back in the closet for next year

Tim, I don't know if you saw this, but it would appear that comedian Dave Chapelle has been embroiled in yet another controversy in regards to the transgender community. I thought I should let you know, because it's been under everyone's radar, and it's such an important event to discuss for days, maybe even weeks. I'm thinking a section of a future history book should be dedicated to it.
