The Massey doesn’t care much for pulling up that steep hill without weight on the front. Nice pile of logs at the end Logan. Well done.

Hills, pulling logs, and no front end weight... it's what you'd expect. I have seen people do this kind of logging steering with the brakes on a JD 720 tricycle front. I would not do that, but it feels pretty safe on the 2607H. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Looks like you need to put the rounds in your carry all on your forks. I always look for a large rock to put in my bucket when going up a steep hill.

You said you had no weights on front.... can you imagine what it would be like if you didn't have the front end loader hooked??? I have a 2707H just like yours,,,, I have to bush hog some steep hills,,, the front loader is my friend. or it can be your enemy, depending ... LOL But I can say that, that Massey is a very strong tractor. BTW... do you have fluid in your tires?

Yes, I have RimGuard... I think they calculated it just over 700 lbs of extra ballast per tire. I can still spin three tires when a log decides to plow going uphill, but it is a beast. I believe this tractor is the most stable I've ever been on. I've had a compact tractor with unfilled tires and a tall Case 1070 with wheel weights but narrow set rear tires... I could set tires out even wider for my hillsides but all my trails would have to be widened. I'm at 83" on the outside rears. With an 84" bucket, I hate to go wider.
