The three hypercars to be revealed is Nissan GTR Italdesign R35 Porsche 919 street And the unfortunately the final car caught me by surprise I’ve had the list of cars coming this season since March 14th but this final car is a surprise. I believe it’s the Rimac nevera as I had a leak about it’s arrival in early 2023

Not in the NFS sense. In Year 2 we will be able to be the cops and can take down AI racers. But due to licensing with the various car manufacturers, they can’t have any “illicit” gameplay.
