My 2001 i just did the blend door driver , mine was cracked, a plastic part between 2 metal parts

I have no heat coming out maybe very little. The bottom treater rotates and good, new thermostat has coolant. What’s next

@adanr150 sounds like it could be the heater core. I believe it is one of my videos but it is located behind the dash

I don’t have that box where the vaccum line connects under the windshield wiper

Mine is something with the blend door. Air comes out all vents but only cold while under boost then warm again.

Ginga, I hope that you run across this. Doing the vacuum lines as well. However, your dashmat - can you tell me who makes it? I've looked at 50 of them for my 2001 3500 Cummins Dually and they're all garbage. THAT mat is Perfect! The flaps go in the right places, dont cover the bag etc. Thanks again Ginga!
