Your hard work has definitely paid off, I love the affiliates. But honestly my family life is my life so having my barn gym changed my whole life.... it went from a dedicated time away from family to my entire lifestyle, I'm surely not a games athlete but I work my tail off every day!!!!! I don’t think you can call it a shed anymore 😆 I think it has now graduated to a shred palace 🏰😂 So awesome to have a motivating space like that to work out in. It certainly gets you more motivated to work out in it. I have been building my little garage gym out over the last couple years and I love to be in there now. Would be cool if you hung some motivating stuff on the walls like your leader shirt from some of the past games would be cool all framed up

This place is awesome. I have watched the progress of this “shed” as you call it. I have converted my garage into a gym and I am still looking at more ideas to add more stuff for storage and potentially a belt squat. I love seeing all the different options you have put into your gym. I am very curious how you like the belt squat? I would love to try all that stuff out to differentiate what I could put in my gym to benefit my space and training. Awesome job. Would love to get any tips or advice you have.

What a rig, going to be fantastic following along with your training in there. I'm curious if you ever see the benefit of getting a set of fatbells for accessory work, or if you ever see them coming up in competition. Definitely put up a horizontal peg board, after they used it in Egypt I could easily see it coming up in the games
