Mate in your experience with 2zzge have you ever see wiped intake camshaft? Also need valve adjustment service the 2zzge?

yes, you see it quite a bit on older 2zz's with poor service history. Make sure the oil spray tube built into the cam cover is clear and replace the o-ring on it when you have the cover off to ensure the sprayers can function 100%. Inspect the valve clearance while it's apart, reshimming is time consuming if it's out of spec

@jasonp1977 in your experience need valve adjustment service generally? Also can tight valve clearance hurt the cam lobes? (I have 70k miles on my stock 2zz)

@@DimoS... I've not had to reshim any of my motors due to wear. Check your clearances when you have the covers off and if they're out of spec, then address it.

How do you have the fuel return connected?

Fuel return goes out the bottom of the regulator to the stock return line. Dead end fuel rail connects to one of the side ports and the feed from tank to the other side port

Left side is a hybrid zze123 inner cv with ae92 LH shaft and outer. Right side is a hybrid zze123 inner RH half-shaft with st162 LH shaft and outer cv

@@MrMariomena In a RHD swap I think changing out the Brrake master cylinder with integrated proportioning valve to a later unit with remote valve so the 2zz head can clear it takes more work than the driveshafts.

It has a air leak and it idels too high it should be at 1000

no air leak, the idle speed valve has been commanded to idle high by the vipec
