In this video, I would guess unless more changes come from GGG, this farming strategy will be the pinnacle content you can do this league, which is Back to Basics T17 farming stacking rare mobs.
The reason I say Magic Find is Dead is because Back to Basics strategies don't have a lot of scarabs that are good, so we more or less are forced into Horned Scrab of Glittering. Since this scarabs adds 100% quantity to your character and quantity has high diminishing returns after 100%, I believe it is substantially better to go for more character power to run the maps faster than to give away a gear slot for another 10-20% quantity.
I would not consider doing this farm unless you have roughly 40 million dps as 7+ mod rares are sometimes more tanky and deadly than uber bosses.
The reason we run T17 is because they have roughly 20% more map modifier than T16s due to their special map mod pool (145-175% Quant) and there are 3 modifiers that make this farm "broken".
1. Tormented Spirits - There is a mod that releases tormented spirits from rares when they get low HP. If they attach to another rare, they buff their loot sustantially. While it is nice for the ghosts to do this, I believe prioritizing faster mapping than to slowly wait for the ghosts to get to every target.
2. God Touched - There is a mod that adds a God Touched modifier to each rare. This is very strong because for each mod on a rare, the loot is exponential, so mobs going from 6 mods to 7 mods = lot more loot.
3. Rares have 2 additional modifiers - This is a mod I roll on every one of my maps because it doubles the amount of rares in a map roughly and as I said before, adding more mods to rares exponentially increase the loot.
Lastly, I run an EXTREMELY strict filter. Many people are farming T17s, but they take 15 minutes per run. I previously was also slow, but have concluded fast is good, so I hide everything roughly under 10c. I also hide unique bases that are unlikely to roll well like Gold Rings and I hide uniques that will very likely not have value like Heavy Belts and Leather Belts. While it is possible I will not loot a Headhunter or Mageblood, with these changes I cut my average map time from 7 minutes to 4 minutes, which in my opinion is worth.

2-4 Divines per Hour in Currency
