I like your videos and how you explain each exercise thoroughly. I am 53 with considerable body damage witch I have collected since I started working for the local farmer at 8 yrs old. Now I am trying to bring my core back.

GREAT VIDEO - I’ve been putting in that rear deltoid movement and kettlebell swings for a month and has made a huge HUGE difference!!

A tip for homegym owners, you can do Facepulls on gym rings instead of a cable machine
