I've had pain on the inside of my ankle since an injury 4 months ago, and I've been doing all your exercises to regain mobility. At first I could walk, but after 30 minutes the stiffness in my dorsiflexion reappeared.

Dropping dimes as usual. Great video. In the first part, where you mention tightness in the lower calve portion as linked to ankle mobility. You made a video where you explained how to improve lower leg recoil/stiffness, and as soon as I started doing the exercises you recommended, my lower legs feel lighter when I run, jump or walk and it seems to have also improved my ankle mobility. Thanks.
