Can this be a daily thing (maybe for a warm up before workouts?)

I wouldn’t recommend it.Plyos are exercises that you have to fully commit yourself into it to develop that’s why they are short but with high tempo so these would be better for workouts.You can do mobility exercises for warmup’s.
