Hey Nick. I notice that you showed the double palm strike slightly differently than the way you taught it in your old videos. Like normally you put your rear hand behind your lead hand when you strike. But this time you had both hands side by side with each other. Is this more effective?

Great question and observation! They are both effective. If you are really close to your opponent and want to hit underneath the jaw, you can put your rear hand behind. If you're at a farther distance, you can use the double palm strike with your hands side by side and hit the face of your assailant. Hope this helps.

If the bad guy has long arms and knows how to puch hard, what moves do you use? This close in fighting is correctly taught, but you need to be close to your apponent.

Use that line straight blast attack and palm strikes after a fist or eye poke if short my brother. Nick has a ton of good moves that will work in a SD situation for you and wifey. Stay safe. I also always work on my grip strength helps your punching and strike power bigtime. Even finger strikes
