Why are most fitness gurus so obsessed with supplementation & don't you encourage healthy lifestyle instead. Vit D: egg yolks & butter will give us abundant vit d. Moreover vit d our body naturally produces on exposure to sunlight. In most parts of India this should not be a problem. Omega 3: Take half spoonful of flax seeds (alsi) daily. Its much cheaper way to consume the fatty acid & healthier too. Just buy some flax seeds from a grocer, grind them & put them in a container & have it daily. Another excellent source of Omega 3 is walnuts. Multivitamin: Synthetic vitamins are not as healthy as those derived from natural sources. Most multivitamins use synthetic vitamins & minerals so should better be avoided. Hence its far better to have a generous serving of salad & vegetables daily. Its not so difficult as it is made to sound by some. Have an extra bowl of sabzi with every meal. So in a day one will easily be able to manage 4-5 bowls of sabzi/dal.

Sir is great. I went against my doctor and friends and did my whole body test just to see if he is right or not. VitD normal should be greater than 30 and mine was 3. The doctor immediately called for an injection of VitD directly into my muscle. Sir don't need a proof but I assure that sir is more than 100% genuine. But I didn't took capsule as my vitd was so low that capsules couldn't cover. Many people say to me, "don't take omega 3, you don't need as you are young" sir please advice. Love you sir.
