Being able to squat is one of the most important movements we as humans should be able to do. If you're experiencing pain while squatting, you're doing something wrong. In this video I go over the 3 biggest mistakes I see people make that lead to pain. Those mistakes are:
1. Not initiating the movement with the hips.
2. Not using engaging the feet muscles.
