Simple deep breathing exercises that help to strengthen the respiratory muscles especially the lungs.But simply ignored. Running jogging and brisk walking may be good for the whole body but these lung exercises do help to strengthen the respiratory system very much.Since i took up these habits i never get cough and cold as well as temperatures resulting from the cough infections because breathing exercises like these are focused on the system. By the way i am not a chain smoker.

I have RA, over the last few weeks I have been experiencing shortness of breath. No I have not had this non existent virus but my mobility unfortunately seems to be getting more and more limited and I am very afraid of pneumonia, my dear mom had pneumonia way more then normal and I want to prevent it if I can. Sometimes it seems my lower lung lobes aren't getting o2 at all, are there any breathing exercises that will help open and keep open all the lobes if my lungs?
