i just remembered everything you told me in the last 5 or 6 videos i watched and took notes of you i told all the info to my dad that is a retired aemt and he was like what just happened you were freaking out yesterday and today your a doctor. I am a 38kg lady trying to gain muscle quite athletic gained 12 pounds of muscle. Left heater on a few nights in row. Too weak to walk far and cant eat much either. Rooms hot enough to melt chocolates. Went to hospital as I was unable to do anything not even travel to loved ones for birthday. I don't know if it was the combination of my light weight plus my weights swim and walk that caused this crash. Also lost appetite which is disastrous. Im kicking that heater out. I've passed out in hot weather before.

Hey coach..have u tried initiate TTM to a post cardiac ptaient? Im just confuse about the rate of fluid..it was stated in guidelines that it should be administered rapidly but Im asking qbout the exact rate. TIA
