@@VersatileVicky , I am interested in an anti inflammatory diet plan, but i suffer from severe high blood pressure, peripheral oedema, especially swelling on feet, am menopause since early 2017, but this year have been experiencing pms type cramping and discharge (not bleeding). I am told by gynaecologist that fat in my body is probably increasing estrogen levels despite menopause. Am in late 50s. Suffered inflammation response due to COVID vaccine that caused heart attack like symptoms but no blockage in angiogram .Am 70kg overweight.
