During an incredible 3 day fishing trip we encounter dozens of species of fish. We embarked on the 135 foot American Patriot boat with the plan of fishing from 400 all the way to 1200 feet deep. This crew of 25 experienced anglers left the Florida port with empty coolers and returned with more fish than they could handle. In this video you can find amny familiar faces including ‪@LandsharkOutdoors‬ and ‪@JohnnyJigsTV‬ . This amazing fishing along Pulley Ridge puts fishermen on top of many deep water fish including grouper, snapper and tilefish. After fishing we cleaned and cooked our catch. Enjoy the video!

Bro, that 135' YACHT is extremely pimptacular! I know that y'all do it for our entertainment and y'all work REALLY hard to make these videos (and believe me, we all truly appreciate it), but y'all truly are living the life. I am a truck driver and a mechanic, and I really would give any of my earthly possessions to be able to take my wife and my two teenage sons on a fishing trip like this. I can imagine living my life vicariously through you and your many fellow KZbinrs. I would give anything for my sons to experience catching truly big fish. We don't need the pampering with the specialty foods, but my sons don't appreciate fishing as much because we live near Pittsburgh and I grew in Tampa, Florida so I caught big saltwater fish as a teenager, but they've never caught anything bigger than a small largemouth bass. My biggest saltwater fish was a 6.5' blacktip shark while fishing off of the Fort Desoto Mile Pier, and my next biggest was a 58.5" 28.5 lb Mahi Mahi in St Thomas, USVI when I was 15 when my dad took me on a personal charter during my one and only cruise.

I am the son of Captain John Riggs from Miss Cape Canaveral of Port Canaveral who is now retired but I had pretty much grew up on that boat deep sea fishing my whole life. Out on the water every chance I could get dead saltwater runs through my veins. And I truly never understood electric reels the point of fishing is the fight. There's nothing light catching a 40 lbs gag grouper 12 to 15 lbs red snapper or a 10 lbs beenie/mangrove snapper. I have since move to Tennessee and watching this series really brings back a lot of memories. The Miss Cape only did half day and full day trips. She was a 85 footer up to 90 passengers she was a bit older but she caught a lot of fish. I really enjoyed watching this this thank you.

I'm from Montana and I've been ocean fishing about 5-6 time's now, but I've been looking to do exactly this for a while now, shoot inwas willing to spend $3,500-$4,000 for a private charter, but this is a steal for me. I'd kick my own ass if I didn't go for that price, granted the difference is being on a smaller private boat vs a charter with multiple people but this is awesome

Note: I have been fishing since I was 9,10,11 years old in Hawaii 3 years (dad was USAF) and handlined for hammerhead sharks mostly and I was hooked on FISHING < Saltwater fresh I don't care where. The documentation was spot on, the dock was awesome however, You girlfriend and yourself put the icing on the cake with the lovely home and preparing the meal. I was a Sioux Chef several years on the Riverwalk of San Antonio, Texas. You left me starving for seared fillets and fortunately for myself, I recently moved to Florida from the OBX and Chesapeake Bay, Virginia. Ryan, I know how it feels to watch people landing fish on both sides of Your fishing pole so with that said, I felt PURE JOY on every fish that You landed. I am an advanced heart failure patient that's incurable. November 1st 2019 I had a triple bypass that turned out to be a complete failure. Since then, my cardiovascular team put 7 stents total in both my legs and it hasn't helped the quality of my Life. I'm 100% disabled yet, going fishing and my Faith in the King of Kings, Jesus Christ gives me my will to Live and catch more personal bests and more species in doing so. Your friends and Family are happily proud of You and after watching your video post, I feel like I am also your friend for sharing a very knowledgeable video presentation. God Bless & < TightLines!

So sorry man. Im from hawaii born and raised and still here at 51 yrs old. Im guessing your handlining adventures were at hickam? The action is still pretty good there but not near as good as florida! Anyway ive got congestive heart failure and scared to death. I envy you for your religious faith. Aloha and god bless!

My father commuted with the ferry to Hickham AFB via Eva Beach Oahu. I have been ill a long time also nothing gets easier with age except, our wisdom to knowing the Truth and Live by it vs. believing the lies and deception and die by that instead. I do not push religion on anyone and it was the religious types who hung Christ to the Cross. It's only takes a childlike's Faith to Believe and be Saved and Loved by the Man who created the word Love. That'd be God and we should fish the many places with great opportunities to land a new state record. Being 68 & disabled I have free lifetime hunt/fishing privileges

@@davetrent8612 ah cool so u were probably at iriqois pt naval housing? Did u go to campbell high school? Im a 1990 campbell grad! Go sabers! Anyway i lived in tallahassee florida for 10 years as a kid and it was paradise for a kid. Miles and miles of deep woods and lakes and streams and swamps loaded with bass and catfish and bluegills! Saltwater we fished alot at carrabelle in the bay on the mud flats along with the estuary zones there. And both sides of st. George island. The mullet run was insane, big cobia and tarpon! Speckled trout and flounder once the water got colder. And all of the blue crab and stone crab and buckets full of big shrimp, and fresh beautiful oysters! I really hope you get to enjoy some of floridas bounty, especially the gulf coast around apalachicola/carrabelle and the insane freshwater action just inland around wakulla!

Ryan the fish you cooked had my mouth watering and the salad o-my! I know a lot of cooks use different kinds of paprika there is regular there is smoked and there is sweet and there could be more not sure but I have them all and it's nice to shake it up a bit. This 1 compliments the Fish 🐟 in its entirety, the trip out to the deep, the comforts of fishing @ Night of course and early mornings. Eventful, man for me that's what I imagined deep ocean catch to be in all my thoughts of ever getting an opportunity to be out on the water. The joy and excitement of it all must have amazing for real! And then from catch to kitchen, it was like that is what I'd expect to see is a fishing documentary. I'd love to see more, so yes I officially subscribed to Your channel, great to see moments like this all around, loved it man cant wait to watch more, for sure ☆☆☆☆☆.

Great video Ryan, I was on the American Patriot recently and was having the same exact issues you were having jigging in the front of the boat. Mason told me that if you suspend that jig off of the bottom, two or three cranks and then start jigging, that’s usually where the queens hang out because they’re not actually on the bottom they’re about 50 feet or so suspended above the reef, but great video man love that you showed everything in real time not just the highlights!

Hi can you please ask the owner of the charter to give or sell the fish frames to people who truely love eating fish. In the Cook Island’s fish fillets are given to tourists and kids to eat while the BEST part of the fish are eaten by adults. The head of the fish is the best and the stomach area. It’s not a insult to offer it to people I go to peoples houses to fillet fish for frames to eat and I’m a professional fisherman and I eat fish everyday for breakfast and dinner. I give my whole fish to family and friends and fish frames to my family because they love eating the head. From a Cook Islander

Just imagine, you are heading off into the sunset, it's you and your buddies, and you all realize y'all made it to the best place on earth. Wow, brings me such a joyful and content feeling. May I ask where this 3-day fishing trip is located, as in what's the name of the boat and where do you go to experience this trip.
