I have always done my catfish that were big like the 10-pounder you got soaked overnight with Lawreys seasoned salt and buttermilk and it always turned out great. When I was younger my uncle taught me how to read maps and charts I still love to use them now it a hell of a difference In road map an a water chart when you learn to read the river an lakes even the ocean that all fun to me I think everybody in the world shouldn't have to learn to read a map
