A little fuel and crank to get some heat in the cylinders. That's exactly how I would start the 353 in our tracmobile at work. I had to use the same method on my 7.3 idi, when the glow plugs took a shit.

We used jumper cables and a dab of 😂 eether...our skidder was identical to that one.. 225d...353 Detroit.

I have had a few Detroit 2 strokes, they are awesome, old timer it sounds like your pumping the throttle on that 353 like your running the accelerator😀 pump on a old 360 modified.... tell me I'm wrong.😂
