3 DELICIOUS WAYS TO COOK YELLOW SQUASH | Easy Recipes

I have to admit that yellow squash hasn’t been a big part of my diet… until now! This year, I was able to successfully grow yellow squash in my garden, and I am very excited to start eating it more. For starters, this veggie is a nutritional powerhouse. It is high in vitamin A and C, magnesium, and potassium, and phosphorus. Plus, it is tasty and easy to implement in our daily lives. In this video, I’ll share with you three different ways to cook yellow squash: 1. sautéed squash as a side, 2. squash muffins and 3. squash fritters. All delicious recipes and easy to make!

@@KimberlyMcIntyre we had a neighbor give us some squash, and there were 3 that were kinda too big to cook up with onions, so instead of throwing them on the compost pile, I searched for squash muffin recipe, and your video popped up. They are SO good, I made 15 and my husband loves loves them! Not to sweet, but just perfect with a cup of afternoon tea. Thanks again….Dawn in WV new subbie to your channel!
