A fatty liver and liver dysfunction can also cause these. Burdock root drops in tea helps with liver support and clears them away. Voila! You're welcome...🎉

I went to a dermatologist for a milia. The Dr immediately took a scalpel a d removed it, never recommended any other treatment. I have a HUGE ugly scar on my face the size of a dime between my nose and eye from it. I left the office and I've never been back to another dermatologist since.

Omg! I’m so sorry that happened to you!!

What an arrogant ass that Dr. was! He should have advised you to consider a plastic surgeon for such a facial procedure. So sorry to hear this.

@@livingitup9647 they even called me the next week to tell me it wasn't cancerous. Like DUH! I knew that 😒

I had one show up recently after using vaseline around my eyes for a week. I read that vaseline would, could cause this and that castor oil would make it go away..... tho i haven't been able to find any castor oil to try it myself.

I have it in the exact corner of my eyelid, right next to my nose. HATE it! Got it after using Rodan & Fields Last Boost. Super bummed bc it's ugly and I've stopped using the Lash Boost so my eyelashes are back to looking really thin. Thanks for your informative content! @doctor-abby

I have had one of them for many years, one under eye in the corner near my nose. Although it has always been the same color as my skin has never gotten darker or larger, it keeps coming back even though I have literally scratched it off many times and applied peroxide and antibiotic cream. It takes a few days but then like a recurring nightmare comes back. I thought might be a mole but it is not really like a bubble, it's more like a milia bump and kind of flatter. Why does it keep coming back?

It’s possible you continue to irritate the skin (using occlusive moisturizer or eye cream) that triggers its return. If it’s changing over time though you should have it checked since other things like skin cancers can mimic milia that keep returning

I thought they looked like Xanthomas, which is an excess of cholesterol or triglycerides being excreted by your skin. Instead of taking a statin, figure out the cause whether it’s a block bile duct, your liver not processing cholesterol correctly, or too many carbohydrates in your diet. Every fell in your body needs cholesterol to function properly, especially your brain, just in the proper balance.

I have them on several places on my face an a dermatologist told me it’s normal for a 66 year old! He didn’t do anything or tell me what I can do to get rid of them!

I had one removed and got several more after. I found that washing my face and using Neutrogena Acne stress control (cream cleanser, it's green) along with the toner day and night dried them up and they popped out.

That catch-all answer from healthcare personnel just chaps my hide every time I hear it. 'You're old, get used to it!' This is the problem with for-profit, anti-human sickness care and the too many cogs in the machine rather than compassionate human beings.

Hmm I thought this was caused by your diet?
