It's really a good asan for blood pressure as I have this problem I have already started doing most of the asans this also I will definitely try do it thanks once again.👍👍👍😃😃

Mam thank u so much for all the information u give. N above all for motivating people to adapt a better lifestyle. Mam, i have a request. Plz share some asanas or exercises that help reduce knee pain. I am suffering from knee pain from almost an year. Even i can't jogg or do a simple jumping jack any activity which involves my legs other than just a simple walk. Even i can't do some of the yoga asans. so plz mam help me and share some remedy to make my legs n knees stronger.

Sakthi Devi i have heard Rujuta talking about this, one of the most important things is there should not be long hours between each meal. So he needs to eat frequently , the other thing is controlling and eliminating coffee tea to minimum, and reducing stress , anxiety and irritation.

Rat ko thanda milk , jyada pani , pet saaf rakhna, jyada oil , masala , aur chinta tension jo acidity ka bada karan , salad jyada khana , tost , bread ,chicken kam khana , sharan se jyada acidity hoti hai aur pranayam karo jo man ko shant rakhe

Ma'am aasan uthne ke kitne der baad karte hai. Aur aasan se pehle kuch kha sakte hai kya?Aur khane ke kitne der ke baad aasan kar sakte hai

You can go through her book don't loose out work out. When you get that. Till than let me tell you as I read the chapter on yoga of the same book. It is said that you must eat a light meal on waking up like soaked badam 4 to 6 or soaked raisins and after 15 or 20 minutes you can do your aasan. Even post asan have enough water and then have some fresh home-cooked meal. Poha upma something like that. Hope this helps.

The black circles around your eyes are very prominent. Is that a condition or something you haven't been able to treat? It's just that everything else about your body seems fit and healthy except the black circles around your eyes. Please don't think it lessens your face's glow, I wouldn't want you to use make up to cover it up. I just wanted to know if it's repairable or it's just what it is?

दिवसभर काहीही होत नाही,पण दुपारी थोडं झोपले किंवा रात्री झोपतांना पोटऱ्या/calves मध्ये खूप cramps येतात,कि झोप लागत नाही,थोडं stretching केलं किंवा पाय चेपून घेतले की relief मिळतो,c an u suggest some diet or exercise.Please
