Sakthi Devi i have heard Rujuta talking about this, one of the most important things is there should not be long hours between each meal. So he needs to eat frequently , the other thing is controlling and eliminating coffee tea to minimum, and reducing stress , anxiety and irritation.

You can go through her book don't loose out work out. When you get that. Till than let me tell you as I read the chapter on yoga of the same book. It is said that you must eat a light meal on waking up like soaked badam 4 to 6 or soaked raisins and after 15 or 20 minutes you can do your aasan. Even post asan have enough water and then have some fresh home-cooked meal. Poha upma something like that. Hope this helps.

The black circles around your eyes are very prominent. Is that a condition or something you haven't been able to treat?
