This is hands down the best fitness channel on KZbin. Focusing on the things that actually matter. Thanks for posting.

When I started I couldn’t move my hips off the door frame on one side, so was just doing side bends. 9 months later(!) I went back to a door frame, one side was great, other side was rubbish. One month later and it’s better, but not much. Thank you for this video. I have gym rings. I’ll start putting extra effort into these tomorrow. My overall mobility is vastly improved from where it was, but plenty more to come I’m sure. Thank you SMM.

Oh. My. God. Why wasn’t I doing these before? Hurts like bejesus, but able to get a better stretch into the troublesome area and have a wiggle. Looking forwards to seeing more improvements. Happy days.

Great video Tom and Jenny, amazing as usual! I get shoulder pain when I try the bench stretch...any idea why that would be?😅

Good to do them really frequently at first and then things will maintain, 4 times per week is a good sweet spot!

I am facing hard time in doing a glute bridge can tight lats be a cause of it because of chain connection of lats with glute?

If the front of your hips are tight it can hinder your range, lats not so much

What happens when, while hanging, one scapula protrudes more than the other?? Is it okay to continue the stretches, no pain

Yes would keep an eye on it just! Have you caught our serratus anterior video? There are a lot of really good drills in it I would add for more scap control 😄
