I love how silly you and your sweetheart are because my hubby and I are goofy 😜I have a question that I suspect other people might have too; could you either link or write the actual ingredients in the comments please? I love the channel because I’m disabled and use my slow cooker constantly but it’s hard for me when I keep having to stop and start the video to hurry and write it down. ❤

You two are adorable! Thank you for the one pot meals in a slow cooker! If you don't mind, could you give us some slow cooker one pot meals for 2 to 3 people (for empty nesters) using whole wheat pasta and some using brown rice and some with white rice. I think rice is a little more healthy. Please correct me if that is wrong. Old timers need healthy food of course every age needs to eat healthy! Right?😊 Thanks again for helping us all out with our food. I sincerely hope young people are watching your videos! Sometimes, I feel that home cooking is a dying art! I know very few young people who cook. The population seems to be getting more obese and unhealthy living on fast food and junk food. You two look great and are an inspiration to young and old!

I think that thinking because it's whole wheat pasta that makes it healthier.... as a diabetic, I've compared all the types of pasta and regular has less sugar than all the other varieties

Just thinking out loud. Why is cooking with low sodium (salt) supposed to be healthy but if you have a medical emergency, i.e. heart attack, the first thing emt does is pump you full of saline (salt) solution which is 3-4 times the daily recommended amount. Seems to me that our bodies need more salt than the FDA is telling us. Makes me wonder about the fat intake too. I love your videos and your recipes. God bless you!

YES IN 90s THEY SAID SALT WAS BAD. THEY LIE. NOW I HAVE THYROID PROBLEMS
@donnamckee180724 күн бұрын
@Justfedup47 my Mom got a goiter and the doctor told her to start getting iodized salt. Apparently she had a deficiency that caused the goiter. She had the goiter removed but had to be on thyroid meds the rest of her life. That was back in the late 70s before the FDA started lying about salt.
@denadeerdancer59413 күн бұрын
You are smart to think. Many people do not. Our bodies are basically salt water and fat. This meal is not " healthy". Stay away from wheat. It is a killer sprayed and sprayed more with roundup plus is not real wheat like once was. It hybidized, gmo, bioengineered, poisoned poison. Need real salt, not that stuff stripped of 80 plus minerals and bleached white. Try Celtics or Himalayan. If it white it not real. Our brains over 70 percent fat. Our bodies need healthy fat. Olive oil, coconut oil, Avocado, salmon, other healthy fats. We are lied to so much. Carbs made with wheat are killing us ( pasta, donuts, buns, breads, cakes, cereals, pancakes, etc). Try chickpea pasta and other healthy substitutes. Ancient grains instead wheat. Organic veggies, real meat not processed, not dyed red, not full bugs, fish eggs etc. Stay way from fried foods cooked in seed oils or petroleum. Read labels. Beware meds. Many of them supposed cures or remedies caused by poison foods and drinks more dangerous and poison. Stay away from soda, drink lots water. Poison foods and drinks super addictive. Makes people choose them over the things that are good for them like saurkraut, cabbage, water, organic.keep b thinking and research ingredients. It unbelievable other countries ban what our country pushing on us. Research communism and the why will make more sense

Probably for those with high blood pressure. Many people use Himalayan pink salt and they are saying is the best, but we need iodine which Himalayan salt doesn’t have. I cook with regular salt.

The soup still has 640 mg of sodium per serving vs the regular cream of mushroom has 860 mg of sodium. I bet this one dish equals a full day's worth of sodium and then some.

If you read the comments above, apparently, Kyle puts strange stuff in the fridge as a joke. When he grabbed the cream cheese it was in a fake fishes mouth. How could you tell if she washed it or not? One recipe had a bowl of diced chicken, the other was pre-cooked chicken. I don't remember any other chicken. Most of her ingredients were prepped and ready to go... cans were opened, bags were opened, items in the fridge were ready to grab, etc. Maybe the chicken was washed, diced and put in the bowl already? 🤔
