Wow, these are really brilliant. I follow a “no waste” guy in yt and he first gave me the idea of making my own stock cubes out of food scraps which I thought was genius because stock requires a concentrated amount of veggies and I always have buckets and buckets of scraps at the end of the week. But he freezes them which I find inconvenient and impossible to travel with. So your last two dry methods are just awesome. I’ll try the dehydrated version since we dehydrate _everything_.
