The using your opponents Egyptian God slime seems to be the correct ruling as soul crossing says you can use 1 monster your opponent controls and Egyptian god slime says it counts as 3 tributes but it also still counts as one monster. that's a super cool interaction.

Ra's attack was originally named "God Blaze Cannon" while Blaze Accelerator's original name is "Blaze Cannon". One of those situations a la Summoned Skull always being treated as an "Archfiend" because its original name contains "Demon" (aka "Archfiend"). Localization is hard!

It's kinda funny how consistent a warhorse Obelisk is with his support cards (as bad as Soul Energy Max is, pitching it for an Obelisk to summon either during my battlephase or on my opponent's turn to eat up a destruction effect or force them to target their own cards is always neat). I just wish we didn't have to jump through hoops to use their support cards and just had better ways to line up tributes, to protect them, or search them / their support out. I also wish I could justify playing the Slifer trap without having to dump Slifer in the graveyard (its so close to being a good card, soooo clooose).

Exodia is probably stronger than a single Egyptian God, in the sense that it was able to punch toe to toe with Zorc and only began to fail when the old man ran out of stamina. The gods individually were unable to harm Zorc until they made Horakty.

If I'm being 100% honest, Obelisk is my favorite. Slifer requires cards in hand to be useable so you're encouraged to keep valuable resources in hand and while Ra is more versatile (even having a board breaker with sphere mode) it's arguably the hardest to setup. Unless you go through a bunch of hoops and have specific cards, you have to sacrifice life points to make it even able to attack. I like aggressive decks built around being able to quickly get out my ace and boss monsters to put pressure on my opponent. That's why, even though it's not a meta archetype, I love me some Red-Eyes Black Dragons. Even worked in Red-Eyes Slash dragon into a Black Luster Soldier/Gaia/Curse of Dragon Deck. Swapped out a few cards for Red-Eyes Fusion, Red-Eyes Black Dragon, Red-Eyes Instinct, and Black Metal Dragon.

Out of the God cards, I like Slifer the most. One thing I wish they keep was Slifer's ability to take away 2000 defense points when an opponent summons a monster in defense mode. They need a support trap that mimics that effect.

I love Yu-Gi-Oh so much, one of the main reasons is that most of the fan favourites aren't meta, like Blue Eyes and Dark Magician. Some are so bad they're memes, like the god cards. But we still love them, and most certainly not because they're "OP".

It's so weird how the God Cards are supposedly stronger than and able to defeat Exodia, despite Exodia being in the hand and giving an instant win. The only thing I could think of is maybe they have a secret effect that prevents Exodia's instant win, but that is nowhere implied.

My friends and I did an actual "Battle Royale" amongst three people once four. It's actually not too complicated if you guys want to try it just think of the free for all in the kaiba blimps elevator that decided who dueled who. Cause this is a small tournament

One thing I'd add that my friends and I did was we added a rule similar to tag duels So anyone could play spells or traps in response to anyone's attack or to help anyone else I convinced one of my friends to not attack me because I would seek revenge and him getting second, potentially first was better than last. Then I repaid the debt by summoning some of my scapegoat tokens on his field Made the other friend so mad cause he was about to win, and, is that not the best???

I wanna point out that the Egyptian god slime couldn’t attack at 33:09 due to the effect of True Sun God. Monsters other than the Winged Dragon of Ra can’t attack the turn they are special summoned. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk

Also, during 44:58 when Thunderforce Attack was activated, because the secondary effect was trigger, only one of the Slifers could've attacked. The only way Larry could've ended the duel that turn was if he had not activated the effect to draw cards, and he specific said he does activate it.

Multiple cameras died and it took them a few seconds to realise. During the attack. The breaking ruin god was activated special summoning Obelisk from hand/grave. It’s second effect gets used after Monster reborning Obelisk and activating its effect. It was right under the monster reborn meaning it was the most recent card activated before the cameras came back. I gotta stop watching Monk.
