This is very helpful. Everyday when I open my email I have anxiety big time and feel so overwhelmed right at the beginning of the day. I think this will really help as I get over 200 emails a day easily. Thank you.

I’m doing this exactly and the emails (from my Boss) are not showing up in the new font and color. Using Office365 Outlook (not the ‘new’ Outlook version just yet). Any suggestions?

Harish - there is no way to control what color your email will be when it lands in someone elses's Inbox. Everyone gets to control how email looks when it lands in their own Inbox. An option might be to use the Priority Symbol (!) on your email so the recipient sees that symbol.

@@OrganizedAudrey actually lots of time I got mail with Red subjected colour. Although we tried with reminder but that was different case

Hi Audrey! Will Outlook allow you to color code emails that come in as calendar invitations for multiple people whose calendars you help manage? Say that I support 3 directors. Am I able to color code those emails in 3 different colors for each one of those managers? It would be helpful to learn how to do this. I cannot figure it out...

I don't believe you can color code automatically on three separate calendars for calendar invites you RECEIVE, but you can on those invites you SEND to others.
