Thanks for the vid Dave. Everyone puts down the 305s and 307s. With simple hot rodding tricks, no one could tell they are not a 265 or a 400sbc. You could build a 11/1 305sbc and tell everyone it's a Hipo 327 or 350 or whatever and they would cheer.

They run good for a short period and then come apart. If they were half good, there would be built ones everywhere, guess what there is not.

Had a 307 in my 57 before I swapped it - was a good little motor and rowdy with glasspacks, but it was beyond done. One of these years I'll make it to CTC. Looks like a good time.
