59 and putting socks, shoes, pants on balancing on one feet. Going on my toes to my kitchen and coming back on my heels. You can do so much for your balance with almost no effort at all.

@@bemobilephysio thank you! I developed strong feet walking up to the hill where my school was, rollerskating whole my life and biking everyday last 30 years living in the Netherlands. It's a life time work, to have strong feet. That helps a lot to manage 17 years of psoriatic arthritis in my toes, knees and heeps.

Cramping can be multifactorial and complex. These exercises will better prepare the muscles of your foot to tolerate movement and loading, which may help with cramping as well. Give it a go and let us know!
