Store bought sauces dont even taste as good as the worst sauce made at home. & Kept for yrs on the shelf with a bunch of nasty additives.i cant wait to try these,thank you so much.

Made your Red Pepper sauce last night which got approval from my non-vegan husband! This is the 1st sauce he has given approval and believe me I’ve tried several! Did not have basil on hand so threw in leftover cilantro and jalapeño to the blender. Delicious if you like spicy!!! Can’t wait to try your other 2 sauces ❤

Just for anyone that doesn’t know, 1% of the population suffers from coeliac disease For the other 99%, consuming gluten is not something that should be avoided If you’re self diagnosing yourself as having a gluten disorder, stop it, go doctors, get a test and find out for sure 👍

@@brendabasson1083 1% of the population should avoid gluten due to Coeliac disease, other people should not avoid it and has no reason to! Anyone that’s not sure, go and get tested at your doctors to find out if you’re coeliac as consuming gluten in that case will be life threatening as your own body attacks itself like many other autoimmune diseases People that say we all should be avoiding gluten is just incorrect and completely misinformed

I love Jicama! It’s super refreshing! I am Mexican and jicama in native to Mexico so I grew up eating it with Tajín and lime juice and a dash of salt it’s so good!

I love using strips of jicama to scoop up hummus! Also thin slices on top of black bean tacos for a fresh crunch. And grated with cabbage and green apples with a sweet and sour dressing as slaw. Love jicama! Thanks for the amazing recipes - I’m definitely trying these, esp the ginger one since so many soba recipes have peanut butter, which I can’t eat much.

I keep a jar of your tahini dressing (always doubled!) and your BBQ in my fridge at all times. Depending on what's in season at the farm or what I have on hand, I'll put an add-in in the tahini dressing: cilantro, basil, black olives, chipotle powder, etc. Seriously, you CRUSH the sauce and dressing recipes! Always spot on! Just having those in the fridge always takes my meals to a next level.

1. white rice. (soaked for 3/4 hours) 2. garlic granules. 3. malt vinegar. 4. coarse black pepper. 5. low sodium salt. add ingredients to saucepan, add water. easy. if you like, every now and than, add a can/tin of red kidney beans to the saucepan, and that includes the bean cooking liquid. enjoy.

Very creative dressings! Maybe use a grater for carrots. I got a old flat one from goodwill that rocks. Roasting peppers in the air fryer might get me to finally use mine after 6 years...

1'47" it's better to peal the skin off, ginger is often sprayed with growth inhibitors to prevent them from sprouting. These chemicals are better not ingested. Besides that: great video 👍

I use jicama wraps from Trader Joe’s for tacos. Such an amazing crunch. You could probably make your own with a big mandolin.

These are great! Some of us older folks can't burn off all that tahini from so many other sauces. Usually I just halve the tahini amount. Anyway, great sauces!!

7:53 Yeah the finger slicer look evil, not going to lie. I have a cold press juicer that ejects tons of carrot pulp from just one half cup of juice. It's perfect for adding to a salad, stir fry, bread, or smoothie.

My thaini based salad dressing is; thaini, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish condiment, apple vinager, water, salt &pepper. But iv eaten my salad with this for so long, i cant stand it anymore.

Yummmmm thanks for all the great sauce recipes! Love that these use veggie broth to keep them fat free. I cook dry chickpeas in my instant pot in veggie broth and then save the aquafaba liquid to make sauces with, it thickens them a little more than plain broth does 😊 please keep the sauce recipes coming!

These look fantastic! Would like more very low-fat dressings like this, especially low sodium and no nutritional yeast. Definitely going to give these a try now that our farm market is starting to have lots of fresh herbs. Just recently found your channel and I'm so glad I did!

I tried hicama once. It's like a less sweet apple taste and is very refreshing. Those sauces look so good! I'm very glad they are fat free since I have to eat low calorie. My go-to for stir fry is soy sauce, garlic chili sauce, and hoisin sauce. For salad, I like mixing balsamic vinegar, dill, and dijon mustard. It's very sharp and flavorful.

If you wanna make the green one thicker use raw zucchini to blend instead of liquid broth... if you don’t digest it well slightly blanched zucchini works well too (cooled down, or even frozen zucchini). If you’re not a zucchini fan or it’s winter I would suggest kohlrabi (taste changes a bit) fennel (I love it). Cucumber works too but it’s a bit watery so it’s best if combined with seeds or avocado.hope it helps! Wash the herbs well too. 😊😊

Ok. i LOVE jicama and we are in the season for it now (in Ecuador), finally!! Otherwise you can't find it where i live now but i learned to love jicama back in the states. Recently a neighbor made some jicama saurekraut (how the heck do you spell that?! Haha ) and it's almost replace kimchi for my fav ferment but nope kimchi is still #1!! 😂 So yep if anybody hasn't given jicama a try, do it!! Trader Joe's has both "taco" shells and/or already cut up jicama usually near those carrots and celery sticks boxes (where it's ready to eat). Ok jicama rant/advertising done.

Mini whisks are cute, but just put lid on and shake. 🤣 I love to grill my peppers, yummy. Grilled tomatoes also great for sauces. I often make thin "pesto" type sauces, too. You are so great about showing simple foods with yummy sauces. 👍💜
