Rik Ahahahah i noticed that too! but i think it has to do more with the temperature of the fridge than the actual ice cream consistency idk

Just made the first recipe and whipped the heavy cream by hand! Definitely a patience-testing arm workout. Took about 30 minutes of whisking by hand if anyone was curious. Can't wait to taste!! I love the easy to remember simple measurements with minimal ingredients for a creamy succulent treat.

Pretty awesome! All three can be veganized super easy. Will make the Rasberry, icecream cake for my son who has spent the summer in Germany and will be home on Monday. We just use Trader Joe's vanilla vegan ice cream and will make a homemade pound cake. It is lovely! Thank you.

I think the third recipe would've been better if it was a raspberry puree so that way it'd mesh well with the ice cream and there would be raspberry flavor throughout every bite. But I don't know - maybe whole raspberries would be good for texture?

Bernadette van der Lee Both Drumstick (by Nestle) and Cornetto (by Unilever) are frozen ice cream cones. The former is a US brand while the latter is a UK brand. Drumstick is an older brand and that is what Sarah Carey is emulating in the video. The name comes from the shape resembling a chicken leg. Cornettos popularized the idea of coating the inside of the cone with chocolate. This prevents the ice cream from soaking into the waffle cone and ruining its texture. Drumstick copied this idea and to this day lines their cones with chocolate as well. The name Cornetto comes from the shape resembling cornet pastries.

May I know where its get wrong? hope to hear from u soon. thanks

condensed milk makes the ice cream soft, if it was too sweet add a little bit more cream not less condensed milk

I’ve been making my ice cream like this for years. After my daughter-in-law found out I was giving her child, (BTW, my Grandson) alcohol she freaked out! 😂🤣😂 Then I informed her that I had been giving it to her husband since he was two years old. I usually walk on thin ice with that woman but, I had to draw a line in the sand or the proverbial “Rice” that I use to hold up my ice cream cones! (I also make those.). I’m thinking 1 tablespoon of bourbon in a quart and a half of ice cream wasn’t going to send the child to the emergency room! 😳🙄🤦🏻♀️

Why the vegetables oil in the chocolate??
@SarahJoErbil9 жыл бұрын
It makes it a thinner consistency, so that you can dip the ice cream in it. It's a fairly common thing to do when dipping food in chocolate!
@sabrinaislam289 жыл бұрын
Also it makes the chocolate coating a tad softer to bite into, so large pieces don't crack off the surface.
