Gatorade is quite helpful. Drinking too much water isn't good when u lose a lot of sweat. It will dilute your blood composition and can cause blood vessels to burst. Gatorade and Powerade have electrolytes that help keep your blood composition balanced. (And it's relatively easy to obtain compared to coconut water.)

乃木坂46 新規ファン Bro, tell u the truth the point is to keep low calorie intake everyday. Eat more protein if u can, keep daily in take calories lower than 1800 would be a good choice. Recently, I'm a little bit overweight like 78kg which is considered 4kg beyond expected 74kg weight, so I basically take nothing but three eggs for my lunch and dinner and one piece of bread for my breakfast and for the drinks I only takes pure water, at the same time, I keep on doing some intense dribbling drills. Literally, three days my weight drop to 76 kilo. Better check for what u eat everyday and schedule ur eating by every single piece of food in calories. It works bro!

About the starchy carbs, ive been one of those ball players that recently dropped carbs from a portion of my diet because Ive read that book "Wheat Belly" and wanted to drop fat and gain more muscle. I definitely feel that i have less energy without it though. How do I find the right balance so I am able to lose the fat but still have the energy I get from carbs?

Hey Man, great video on Nutrition by the way! I'm looking to lose some weight before the basketball season starts over here in Australia. Do you have any tips for me? BTW I am an Indian so my diet consists of a lot of carbs

Thanks. Really helped me learn. I'm happy cause I don't drink Gatorade or Powerade. I will give coconut water a try. Thanks Andy

Actually quinoa is not a grain, although it may look and taste like one it is actually a seed derived from Goosefoot.
