everyone always talks about a morning routine, but nighttime routines can be just as powerful!

It’s really powerful to hear the story of how these habits are really changing your life. I can see in new light habits that I personally need to and will implement in my own life. You’ve been awesome dude as always Thanks for being here

Very thoughtful video. I concur. I just started waking earlier in order to have alone time before work and family time. I’m naturally introverted and waking early has motivated me to workout more often as well.

I love how in the background of this video you only used whites and light blue (the mug, your desktop wallpaper, your keyboard, the alexa/speaker kinda thing), it just adds a lot of aesthetich cohersion to the visual part of this piece of multimedia art.

Awesome! If you just start to improve small things it will be way easier to improve bigger aspects in your life!

One thing I am trying to start is being minimal after watching videos and such. I only wear really a few colours and hate logos, and mainly spend too much on stuff I wear or use a few times. I need to stop spending unnecessary amounts of money on stuff that provides no worth in my life. How has being minimal helped you in the past, or to this date if you are still doing it? Be interesting to see a wardrobe video if you are still being minimal, just interesting to see others daily lives as such

Does anyone know the best way to get audiobooks cheap? One book per month with audible is fine but if I want two books in a month a new book could be an extra £20!

Try your local library, most libraries will have an app that you can download audiobooks for a set amount of time, same as with a physical book. They are so handy, free and super important to support your local library!

Hi Sterling, I know you've already done a video on the best lens being the 50mm prime lens. But I'm new to photography and just purchased a Sony a6300. Can anyone please recommend me a SPECIFIC exact lens to purchase that I can use for all my future shots, Thanks in advance!
