I have a hack,I want to get V sit so I started doing your 15 min harmstrings flexibility routine every day or almost every day,and I have been doing it for months so I have a pretty good harmstring flexibility thanks to yours.

Thank you before I started to train mobility with your videos I was able onlye to touch a little bit down my knees, now I'm able to touch my toes thanks to you, I'm gonna try this hack 100% !

For anyone who feels a pain in the back of the knee it might be a tight/constricted sciatic nerve sciatic nerve flossing and then doing these stretches afterwards helped me a lot.

Thanks for the video. Proves again that Yoga is a perfect addition to calisthenics, because basically everything mentioned here are Yoga Âsanas. Yoga is great. Gabo himself is the best argument. 😁
