Mine is leveled with 3" Front level and 1" rear block, from MotoFab and a MotoFab UCA. As well as a Zone rear spring insert. Doing the Zone 1.5 inch body lift this weekend when the rain stops. Might go from 33x12.5 to 35s, not sure yet. I had a 1978 Chevy Short bed back in the day, 12 inches of lift and 44 inch Monster Mudders. I'm trying to remain civil in my old age. :) My daily driver is a 1990 BMW 535i, but the truck fills in for the home rebuilds.

I personally don’t have anything to tow, so I can’t say whether it would effect it. I still have all my leaf springs so I assume it wouldn’t be effected. It’ll just squat a little bit when you’re towing since it’ll be already leveled out.

It’s rides pretty good for what it is. It is definitely a little more bumpy but that’s expected when you’re doing a strut spacer level. Also, the less sidewall of the tire you have the more bumpy it will be. But sometimes we got to make sacrifices to get the truck looking how we want it! Lol

Thanks man! I definitely got plans for it to get bigger and wider when I have the extra money and the time is right! For right now tho, I think the leveled look on 4’s and 5’s is perfect for this body style. But yes I do eventually plan to go big and wide with the truck.
@johnnylawrence4 жыл бұрын
Great looking truck. Yes you lose your suspension functionality adding spacers hence the hard jolting when hitting bumps, but dude the bigger issue of jolting is you have those big ol rims with thin ass tires. What are those 22's? Get rid of those and get some 18s or less with fatter 33" tires to take on those bumps better!
@jason.godwin4 жыл бұрын
I rode on my stock 18’s and 31’s for roughly 7 months with the leveling kit on it. Same thing was happening when I had them on too. Honestly, this may sound crazy, but I think the bigger rims and tires helped with the jolts. 3 inches on a leveling kit is damn near pushing the limits for all the front end components angles. I’m not surprised that it got more jolty, I was just mentioning how it is more jolty so people who wanted to go with the 3 inch level knew it would ride more stiff.
