Hi Wendy🙂 Such a great recipe for mango ice cream. I love the idea of adding condensed milk. That had turned out sooo good and when you took the first spoon to taste and made that sound like you always do whilst tasting yr dish, im sure most of yr fans drool I certainly do😀 I did try some of yr recipes yet I made few errors but turned out ok. Sure not as good as yours. Ill try to get better. Ill go soon for the ice cream. It looks delicious😋 thanks for sharing.

Hello Wendy ... the mango ice-cream looks nice and creamy ....thanks for sharing ... is sweetened whipping cream used in this ice-cream and is it a dairy whipping cream or a non-diary whipping cream? ... Irene you are going to love this Mango ice cream. I’ve used unsweetened diary whipping cream. The sweetness will come from the condensed milk. Enjoy!

No it was no good, apparently freezing the mango kills the sweetness and the good mango flavor, I had gotten the Great Value Mango Chunks so I was able to take the bag back to the store and got my money back, also the only way you can keep it from getting icy inside is to keep it below freezing because mango is 84% water, it was edible and not too bad , it just didn't have the great mango flavor, I don't know if it would work just dehydrating the mango and making powder out of it for the flavoring, I might try that some time, I think freeze drying them would kill the flavor the same as freezing them.
