Kristina again I ask you how do your keep the worms off the greens... I know the soil is paramount, but I have to really watch my tomato plant..I pulled off 5 big green worms yesterday that were stripping the plant of leaves ad flowers

She does some composting and she also freezes some pulp which she dehydrates and makes into breads and crackers.

You need both. The green juices are alkaline and cleanse the system. And the fruit juices and smoothies give you energy, rejuvenate and replenish your cells

These look so good yay..not really a beginner in juicing but ja still learning so this is so helpful ty and I can't wait to try this juice. I'll not likely be getting a new juicer any time soon...I got the last one Kristina recommended ja..that one is not so great but hi I learned a lesson lol..next time make sure the juicer is right for u and not just because someone said it's great. Though the Nama Juicer dies seen nice so far and I get to see it in action yay. ^_^ I'm sorry but I do not read or reply to anyone seeing as I have less drama that way. Reply if ur dense. ^_~
