Don’t forget to train not doing a heel strike at the end either. Landing and decelerating with the toes and then resting on the heel is proper landing technique.

@@notacrew69 goata guys talk about how to load the foot/ankle. But honestly any proper sprinting or jumping videos talk about it. Knees overvtoes guy also does a lot of his leg work with assisted or unloaded heels.
