Guru bhajii I follow you for 2 years, If I need 3000 calories Then 3 meals are fine I do not need 240 grams of protein 150 grams is more than enough If i do 6 meals, then I will have digestive issues and extra stress of 6 meals I think digestion is more important , i feel good with 3 meals and no digestion issue

Hello sir ..I'm agree with you that excessive calories in one meal gain fat ..but according to Intermittent fasting concept if we take 4-5-6 meals our insulin sensitivity decrease because insulin spike again and again that's why protein absorption capacity decrease.. what should we do now ???

Sir what about insulin sensitivity? If you take meal after 2 or 3hour , you are spiking your insulin every time. And at a point your body will become insulin resistant. resulting in increasing blood sugar. Then even you take 3 or 6 meals in a day, that not gonna work.
