Guru bhajii I follow you for 2 years, If I need 3000 calories Then 3 meals are fine I do not need 240 grams of protein 150 grams is more than enough If i do 6 meals, then I will have digestive issues and extra stress of 6 meals I think digestion is more important , i feel good with 3 meals and no digestion issue

True , we don't need that much of protein , if a 70kg person needs 240g protein then it means 100kg person need 450g protein !!!! Seriously 😐, actually we need protein according our muscle mass not according our body weight , increase protein slowly and accordingly , 👍

Don't listen to them bro .... Macro split is bullshit ....just focus on 2 things .... .8 to 1 gram protein per pound body weight ... And eating in surplus ... You can eat healthy fats if u cant eat enough carbs ...... This things are just rubbish bro

Hello sir ..I'm agree with you that excessive calories in one meal gain fat ..but according to Intermittent fasting concept if we take 4-5-6 meals our insulin sensitivity decrease because insulin spike again and again that's why protein absorption capacity decrease.. what should we do now ???

Based on studies eating 4-5 meals is perfect for building muscle. There is NO need to eat 6 times a day or 8 times a day like it's shown in many youtube videos.

हम तो नौकरी वाले आदमी है भैया, टाइम का प्रॉब्लम रहता है, Exercise का वक्त निकाल सकते है लेकिन खाना बनाने का नई निकल सकते,और पत्नी ऐसा डायट बनाती ही नही😀क्युकी उसको पसंद नई हमारी फिटनेस 😜कुछ ऐसा डायट or कुछ रेडिमेड फूड बताओ की ऑफिस टाइम मे हमारी प्रोटीन की जरुरत पूर्ण हो जाए।

Sir what about insulin sensitivity? If you take meal after 2 or 3hour , you are spiking your insulin every time. And at a point your body will become insulin resistant. resulting in increasing blood sugar. Then even you take 3 or 6 meals in a day, that not gonna work.

So does this mean intermittent fasting is not a good idea at all for fat loss? As maximum is protein in fat loss diet and consuming it in intermittent fasting cycle hours will create more protein intake in one meal Do you mean protein is converted to fat in intermittent way?
