If you want X inches wide box, divide by 2 and use that measure! You know, every time I am looking for a tutorial, I end up using yours! I have learned my lesson and will START with you from now on! Very well done I understand the first method because that's the one I usually do. In reviewing this video I find that I understand the second method really well now. My dilemma requires third way to box and I think it's going to be just perfect. For the application that I have. First time I actually do this I'm going to have this tutorial out in front of me and follow it really closely and I should be just fine. I appreciate your sharing this in such a clear uncomplicated way. In fact when I took my yoga teacher training it all seems so complicated. As I've been teaching for several years now I'm realizing that it's not PhD material! A yoga pose can migrate nicely into another pose if the teacher meaning me, also incorporates the breathwork. I appreciate clear concise Easy instructions thank you. You are a good teacher

The same method can be used to box the lining, but you will have little pockets for things to get caught in. I would do method one or two for the lining. It is called envelope boxing method.
@julien79352 жыл бұрын
@@corinnehowland3349 Thanks Corinne. I've since learnt more regarding these corners and there are advantages to each of the 3 methods. I've made a number of un-lined shopping bags, with some polyester fabric I acquired, using French seams, making them so they fold up and take up little space and weigh hardly anything. The 3rd option, slightly different, easier method with the same effect, has been so easy to do. Hope your sewing is going well. Julie :)
