This is a short and quick 3 minute guided breathing meditation talk down to help you recognize symptoms of anxiety and get a talk down for a mental reset. My voice and the music are designed to give fast relief, whether you are having an anxiety attack, or just want to reduce stress and calm your mind.
Try this fast meditation anytime you notice those anxious or distracting thoughts. You may be in a social situation, or alone by yourself. Whatever the case, it is always good to breathe deeply and allow yourself back to the present moment - Keeping a clear mind and a healthy body.

Sometimes we just need to step back and recognize that pesky anxiety that creeps in. As I say in the video: You can do this. Fear and anxiousness will not overpower you. You are strong, you are OK. 🧘

Oh my goodness, this is my first time watching and this particular video seemed to be absolutely what I needed for the anxiety I was experiencing at that particular time. Thank you, thank you, thank you, so much! I thought my heart was going to jump out of my chest before I started this and literally three minutes later I was able to smile and say thank you and get up off my bed. Sometimes things just click. 🙃

Somehow when repeating the words “I’m okay,” I got all teary. At the end of the session I did feel like I may actually be okay.

I had an anxiety attack last night 5th of jan 2021my heart rate was 160bpm and after listening to this 2 times I was right down to 76bpm amazing help thank you

Your meditations have saved me so many times. The past few days i have been feeling so stuck and anxious and I can’t figure out the source. I just did two of these and my heart is no longer racing and I am not feeling like a total failure. Thank you.

Thank you so much for this. Your guided meditations are real life savers. To chime in to a comment below, I feel different length meditations serve different purposes. Sometimes a 20-min. sessions allows me to relax deeper. I've tried 40-min to 1 hr. relaxation guided meditations elsewhere and those are great for going to a place of very deep relaxation. Your 1-hr sleep guided meditation and 1-hr piano music are fantastic. Sometimes a quick relief in the form of a 3 to 5-min. meditation is great too. I find them all helpful and thank you!

I really love this video and go back to it all the time. I have intense anxiety in the mornings and this really helps calm me down. I would love to see more of these that are a little longer like around 5 minutes!

Jennifer, Reach a state of mind where nothing disturbs you. There is a solution to every problem if there is a desire and determination. . For a relaxed life without anxiety sit on a chair, back and spine as erect as possible, hands on your lap with palms upwards, close your eyes and do nothing. Be still without moving and observe your incoming--outgoing breath and body sensations for around 10-20 minutes. Be as still as possible. Plenty of thoughts will come but slowly negative thoughts will reduce. The mind is reprogrammed to reach a stage of an empty mind. Do twice daily or as per your convenience. Avoid comparing your life with others. Do meditation without expectation and life will change. Enjoy meditation and make it a daily habit. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

this was really nice and calming. I got a sudden surge of anxiety just out of nowhere and this really helped calm me down and stable. I will definitely be back if this ever comes creeps back in.

Thank you for uploading these over the recent months. These videos are really helpful, especially the short videos. Sometimes a longer video seems like too much to invest into helping oneself, but with a short video to bring one's self back to reality just for a minute, helps bring life into focus.

I really enjoyed this short meditation. It really helped ease my anxiety. Unfortunately, as soon as the meditation was over, a VERY loud advert came on startling me quite a bit lol. The meditation has still put me at ease although that was an unpleasant transition lmao. I find it somewhat amusing, so no worries. Edit: Idk if they could customize ads to be similar (at least as far as volume) to the video watched.

Doing wim hof deep breathing 30 breaths, then hold for 90 seconds (can be done easily after the 30 deeeeeeeep breaths) Feel like you are at total peace

HOW TO REDUCE ANXIETY: Replace coffee with green tea or black tea Try to avoid caffeine Don’t drink alcohol/ reduce how often you drink Do meditations and breathing exercises Exercise Eat healthy foods And lastly…. Alprazolam helps panic attacks. My life is finally way more manageable! if you are always anxious, try mindfulness exercises and writing daily. it’s ok to go to a doctor or therapist their job is to HELP you. I’ve accepted that I need medication because turns out I have panic disorder. Be strong. Take care of yourself! ☀️💓
