Hi. I'm facing wrist pain after using my mouse for large amounts of time in the day. I watched your previous video for wrist pain and it has helped. Thank you for your content. Hopefully I heal fast ❤️
@sarahstrong71743 жыл бұрын
I have wrist pain from arthritis but have gained relief from treating it with stinging nettles. I just go to a nettle patch & sting the wrist all over & it is so effective that I only have to do it once every two years. Doing it does not really hurt as it goes a bit numb after the first few stings. Without treatment my wrist hurts enough to interfere with sleep.
@premierdota91283 жыл бұрын
@@sarahstrong7174 Seems like you need to visit doctor. Modern medicine has come a long way from 100 years and they can definitely treat your wrist with proper medication
@sarahstrong71743 жыл бұрын
@@premierdota9128 Oh nettles have not just been used for 100 years, it is an old treatment that the Romans used. So they have been well trialled. Modern medicines have side affects that can adversely affect your digestion & damage your liver & kidneys & even kill you. Nettles are the best treatment & highly nutritious too.

I was just rubbing the back of my neck today wondering what I could do to help the pain. I have some sort of arthritis with a pinched nerve. I get shots every 3 months, but when that starts wearing off…whew! Thank you, I’ll def be trying some of these techniques, but was surprised when you did a few that I already practice. I’m finally doing something right!!! 😜 …although I admittedly turn my neck until it cracks, the relief is so worth it.
