Holy crap, when my wife and I went to Attaboy in Nashville on our honeymoon the bartender made my wife a CAFFE CON LECHE FLIP. Been trying to recreate it ever since. Thanks so much!

These all look great! I thought I was a Sam Ross fanboy, but there are clearly levels….

My boy Sam is a beast when it comes to drinks. His deep cuts are stronger than most bartenders starting lineup!

Thanks for your content. I try to make some of your ideas with local fruit.

Not Isaac!!!!! The Cafe con Leche Flip is one of my favorite dessert drinks. (I don't tell some folks that there's a whole raw egg in it!)

Tell em after they drink it, I did the same wit my mom a'd the whiskey sour.

@@hannasalloum6846 I've done that. But I always make sure I ask people if they have any allergies before I make something. Don't want to rush anyone to a hospital

Fantastic video as always. Funny how I could say Sam Ross to some people, and they would say, "Who's that?" But if I say it to someone who loves cocktails, they know. Amazing what a good drink (or a few) can do for your name. What about some drinks from Jeffrey Morganthaller.

doing an episode on Morgenthaler has to happen. That guy is the man!

I'ver ssen some recipes call for egg yolk only in the Flip, but then my man Erick makes it with a whole egg.. Anyone know what the original recipe included?
@BartenderAtLarge Жыл бұрын
I would guess the whole egg. People back in the day weren't as wasteful & probably weren't about to throw away perfectly good calories. Especially cause the drink used to be really popular with sailors at sea.
