I don't know why everyone says your videos are fake. You've been rock climbing for years. Of course your progression to a muscle up will be faster than others because you've been doing a pull-dominant sport for years.

Agreed on the general point, he's been in good shape for years. Minor quibble: you climb the same way you hit a golf ball (according to Jack Nicklaus) with your legs. Rock-climbing is a push-sport, not a pull one. We do all that hand-board stuff because it is useful to have extraordinary finger strength from time to time, and it's certainly important for safety that we be able to hold ourselves up with our arms. These, however, are intermittent and brief occasions. Important, but sporadic and short. We climb the same way we walk, with our legs.

@@corporateliquidator5357 Please re-read. It is important to be able to hold yourself in place; indoor gyms tend to make walls with a lot of arm exercises involved, but actual climbing is mostly done with leg strength.

He does have a superfast human flag, no way I can match him in that or one arm pullup. However, he is bad at basic stuff like dips or pushups, and back and front lever I can probably surpass him in. I am also more flexible than he is. I doubt he can do planche, with its straight arm and shoulder demands.

Don't know if this would work for you, but I dealt with sleep paralysis by breathing as deeply as possible. It seems to knock out the paralysis after a few minutes. Good luck.

you need to keep practicing it. I had the same problem, but I kept doing it and now I sleep on my back every night! Try doing things that can help you go to sleep like getting off your phone, drinking milk, etc, then lay on your back. Keep practicing it and you'll get the hang of it.

Hey man, props to us, I was accused for steroid use for putting a good amount of muscle in a year, compared to people who had been training for 3-4 years because my progress showed better, I’m only 5’7 and 150 pounds,I started at 120 and been training for 2 years and half and I wasn’t consistent always consistent though everyday for awhile

What do you advice to fall sleep quickly? Since summer began here in my hometown, temperatures increase wildly, it used to be around 5-10°C at night, now its between 18-22°C, and that's causing me a lot of trouble, I go to bed around 9:00-9:30, and fall sleep until 11:00 or even midnight, I have to sleep with windows opened, no blankets, and sometimes even with no pillows, I've had some awful days where out of 10-11 hours in bed, i could only sleep 4 or 5 :(, any suggestions are taken, thanks

Yeah I always slept on my stomach too. Then switched to my side. Sometimes I even sleep on my back now. It really makes a difference. The tendons in my shoulder hurt before I tried and It helped a lot

He did a fast progression in a pulling excersise and he trains Climbing. The Handstand was super tough for him cuz its pushing. And both excersise although they are compound movements, they involve some particular body parts more than others. You cant call fast 150+ days for a Handstand or a muscle up for 40 days if the guy is able to do 10 push ups in a row.

I cannot change how I sleep. I broke my wrist and tried sleeping on my back because it was the only position I wasn't in pain in, and I just didn't sleep well for like 3 months until my wrist was recovered enough to sleep how I used to.

I’d say climbing for years and having your tendons used to stress probably makes your progressions a lot faster. I end up having to not train as often not because my muscles are fatigued but because if I train more often my tendons start to feel not good

Recovery is everything. If I don't use all my recovery techniques I recover half as fast and it is not sustainable over time - I will get into lots of pain. One key is a whole foods plant based diet and the other is contrast showers and the third is trigger point therapy. Without all three I get so much less results, have less energy, etc etc..

If anyone is considering buying the massage gun he recommends, I can offer up my two cents. I bought the Rexlbit Mini and I was not very happy with it. It came in damaged and furthermore it did not have much power. It heated up pretty quickly as well. I am hoping to return it. I feel like there are better massage guns for that price.

Anon if I’m doing strength training I often do it every 3rd day. Often though, strength isn’t my problem, I mean, I play tennis, mostly it’s just endurance
