I actually have a lot if not all of them saved in a playlist to watch them whenever I feel like I need an extra push ! You are so down to earth, super relatable and your positivity is truly contagious. You inspire me to keep pushing myself while also allowing myself to live my best and happiest life! Thank you and much love ♥️

A few month ago I broke my foot and I couldn't train. I started to binge watch your videos and now that I phisically can I am practicing my handstand and splits (along with other cool skills that I've always wanted to learn but I felt I couldn't)! My training sessions are so much fun now, especially compared to before! So thank you a lot because I got my passion for fitness back thanks to you! And also you kept me company while I could barely move 😂😂😂

This video came at just the right time. I'm on week 10 of your AFLETE training guide and I enjoy it so much, but the tips really just reminded me to sty strong and keep pushing. The workouts in your guide are the perfect amount of exercises for you to push yourself. Exhausting and rewarding. I'm so grateful for finding your channel because it has (in a short period of time) helped me change my outlook on the whole fitness, weight/fat loss journey. I'm giving myself more leeway and the point about patience is so crucial. It makes all the difference to stop expecting results the next day. In life in general. So thank you Natacha. Tu as changé ma vie. xoxo

Ur such an inspiration for me. I come from a past of anorexia and bulimia. It was to the point that I’m surprised I didn’t die. Recovery’s been tough but you show me that not eating is not the way to go. I’m slowly upping my caloric intake. Its terrifying but I know that it’s what I need to be healthy and to be happy. (Cut is fantastic. I’m two weeks in and I feel so fit)

Natacha ! I'm always a quieter subscriber but I just have to say it ! U changed my life! 1 year ago I started with my fitness journey (I didn't know u there) first I only started to workout regularly and eating cleaner but then I wanted more because I saw how my body changed .I came on all this low calorie diets like 900 calories a day ! After time I got soooo upsessed with calories I used to track veggies and ate only 600 calories ! U could see ALL my shoulder bones and I was 3 kg in underweight in my very young age (15) Even doctors started to worry at one point and I got so ill and lost my period. My mum and brother worried the most and told me my body isn't pretty to watch anymore Because I look very weak and ill and then I saw it too! I was so scared of gaining weight because I always looked at the scale after every meal .then I found a video of u eating more and get leaner and build muscle and I subscribed directly ! I start eating more and more from 600 calories to 2500 and I don't even track them anymore ! I don't binge eating bc now I live in a balance lifestyle just because of u ! Igot soooooo strong and happy ! I love sport so much ! There were many up and downs for example I hurt my back and couldn't move for so long and I was so sad because I was scared of loosing muscle but after this u could motivate me ! In this year my life changed so much I can do a freaking pull up ! And by the way i love my body like u can literally see muscles . I used to be so scared of weight training bc I thought I get bulky with it but u showed me the truth! my mum is very proud of me so I told her that ur content helped me to find back . Thank u for everything ❤️🏋🏼♀️💪 Pls always keep doing videos u are an inspiration for so many people and u make us strong

Loved the one about not necessarily getting better every single session!! Everyone always talks about progressive overload as if you should be increasing the weight every single session but its just so unrealistic, everyone would be ridiculously strong if it was just that easy!!! Your videos are my fave you always go to so many beautiful places!!!

I visited Barcelona with my family in 2014, this video brought back some nice memories ❤️ And it also helped me understand that I'm not the only one who sometimes struggles with finding motivation, so I hope it will help me not to put myself down whenever I feel unmotivated. Generally, I run and do strength exercises. But whenever I feel like not doing those types of workouts, I turn to something else for the day, like roller-skating or cycling, just to keep moving and not pushing myself so that I'm not fed up with everything (so basically I add something completely new to my training schedule). The method has worked so far, at least at keeping me mentally on track and helping me not to get fed up with my workouts.

Ugh I went back to my harder workouts and I AM FEELING it today. So there's this place called Lift Society in LA that focuses on weightlifting and they do MetCon classes and I did MetCon today, but yesterday I did Glutes and I love it because instead of waiting for some weightlifter to get off the machines at the gym I actually have a program I can follow. Though I may start fulltime work again soon so it'll prolly mess up my schedule, ahh the struggle.

Hey natacha :) Please make a video on how to guess calories when you eat out/dont have access to a scale to measure things. The guys at my gym calculated that i should eat 1600 kcal a day to slowly lose weight (i am very short).i have been counting calories for 2 months now and i like it. But my boyfriend and my family loves to go out and soon ill be in vacation. Iget so stressed out not knowing how many calories are in the food i eat when i cant weigh it. Especially when i am in vacation i cant measure my intake at all and im afraid i just wont eat. I want to enjoy the times im out; it should be a treat, but its horror
