SO happy i found you!! Turned 60 last year and decided I wasnt going down without a fight lol. Ive "played" with workout routines for the past 10 years and never stuck with them. Now i am committed! Youve helped me understand how to workout correctly, eat better and I'm now taking creatine. On Hormones also. THANK YOU!!!

I love how REAL your videos are instead of focusing on vanity =) I am 2 ft of ground and trying to go lower on my push ups, I would love to see a video on that. I have seen from so many videos how many days I should be doing push ups and/or weights a week?

Everyone is always talking good sleep, but as we or me ages alone with menopause it's harder to get good sleep witch I do believe but it's harder. And I feel you are way, way beyond helping older beginners. I do listen to your ways and what for's.

Omg, I found you!! I am a huge fan of freaky eaters and I’m happy I found your channel. I used to be very overweight at 12 during COVID-19 and freaky eaters actually motivated me to lose weight lol. My mom is 45 and having trouble exercising so I’m gonna show her these videos to help her get healthier and so she can feel better. Thank you for posting these!

JJ I have been in tears so many times watching here and listening to podcasts on flights this past week! I’m just at the beginning of perimenopause and felt so alone and lost as I lost my mom almost 10 years ago when she was 58. Thank you for all of your advice and connecting me with all kinds of experts in the field! I just finished my first time doing this lifting routine. So grateful ❤

I do totaly agree Muscle is the direction to go with . Takes years off , fewer birthdays show up . Muscle at 60's carries beautifully into 70's & 80's . Anything fewer of or any of their drugs and sitting in the dr office . At 62 i have only vitamins minerals aminos . All my own teeth .

What a great video!!! OMG !!! Questions: Creatine (how do I know which is a better or quality one?) fish oil, I consume krill oil. Is one better than another ? Thank you for this magnificent video, btw, I also listen to your podcasts.
@jjvirginvideos10 ай бұрын
Thank you so much! You’ll find creatine powder as creatine monohydrate, which is simply creatine combined with a molecule of water. Look for a creatine powder with zero additives or fillers. JJ's Clean Creatine Powder is the purest form of creatine, with only one ingredient: 100% creatine monohydrate. You can find that here - store.jjvirgin.com/collections/all/products/clean-creatine-powder Krill oil is a great alternative to fish oil. Whether one is better than the other depends on your goals and budget. Krill oil has more benefits but will be more expensive. But both are good sources of omega 3s! We hope that helps - Team JJ
