This really is the most amazing video which really helps to clarify the count of an elliott wave, instead of saying... hmmm... this looks like a 3... I think I'm counting 4 waves there, and then this looks kinda like a triangle, so it's probably a wave 4, etc, etc... it's just so explanatory it's a game changer, and I really thank you for making this video... this really sets the records straight.

Seems like Kennedy Channeling technique to me. Base Channel, Acceleration(Trend) and Deceleration Channel.

What happens if the price drops below the base channel? Does that invalidate anything? This has happened on a chart I'm looking at where the wave 2 reached the 0.382 so the base channel has been really steep.

Wow, I thought you only adjusted the trend channel to accommodate further movement outside the top (left side) of the channel, not to simply higher prices? You're adjusting it to allow price to have moved outside the top of it.. I didn't know that was right. Also I was really curious about taking your base channel from candle closes? You didn't talk about that and that was changing your channel quite a bit there.

Hi, I want to ask whether channelling is possible / channelling works 100% of the time. The reason I ask this is because I have a chart of a stock in which I am unable to draw a base channel - this base channel appears to be broken on the downside by the 4th wave. Of course I accept that I could have made a mistake in counting but still. (The stock is Bajaj Auto from NSE stock exchange, India). Oh, by the way video is fantastic and very enjoyable to watch and learn - thanks a ton!

If the bigger picture aligns with the wave you are looking and you have identified it correctly then more often than not it should work. At the end of the day these are all guidelines. Join our Discord and send us some examples.

Your black wave (III) is in fact wave (V), which marks the end of the first cycle. Your wave count is slightly off.

I have a doubt if u can reply.... when wave 1 is extended...parallel channel BREAK OUT OR BREAK DOWN is very rare and in that case how do u identify is it impulse or corrective

The best way to identify an impulse is counting the subwaves- 5 waves are impulse and 3 waves are corrective.

Sir, you have missed deceleration channel that helps to determine possible termination of 4th wave and start of 5th wave. Moreover channeling technique does not fit for all types of price action

Applying Jeffrey Kennedy's channeling techniques - credit to him. Based upon your count, the assumed 5th truncated (it did reach .786 retrace). Alternatively, your count was off and the Jan '21 peak area was a 5th of some degree.

I bet wave 5 never happened as you are doing a mistake... when you line wave (I) to wave (III) (which actually it is already wave (V) you are finding an obstacle (which actually is wave (III)
