Refering to the first point, this quote by hormozi gets me through those crappy days "A reminder for the gladiators in the arena who feel beat up and scarred with no hope in sight: Building a business is hard. “Hard” feels shitty. This is what hard feels like. And this is why most people can’t do it. But you can." -

But you can. What a great reminder to keep doing

Probably your best video ever. Clear, straight to the point and rich of good advice.

A third falls very close to the optimal stopping time, utilizing 36.8% time for the goal to see your options, and choosing the best decision by then. The math checks out! Super cool Vicky!

I actually had one of your videos on framework thinking in my "watch later" folder for I don't know how long. I watched it earlier and was so impressed by it. So I decided to see if you'd uploaded any videos recently so that I could watch that as well. I like the concept of framework thinking. And I'm looking forward to learning more from you.

Fantastic video. I really like the first one as a gut check. The stakeholder input really hits too. I feel like i'm constantly wondering what the stakeholder needs are and they are good input to ask, but also like 1/3. My own experience and skills need to come into play too.

😭😭😭🙏 thank you for the support - and what kind of music do you play? And what are you writing about these days?

@@VickyZhaoBEEAMP I practice classical piano and create synthwave, trance, and techno. I'm still planning a 5 book fantasy series and practicing writing techniques. All those years as a software developer never improved my English skills 😏

@@mageprometheus what a contrast - classical & synthwave, trance and techno?! And a 5 book fantasy series! I've seen my friend do a "theme" music for each chapter of his scifi writing - that could be a fun way to bring the worlds together too?!

I managed to see half of the vide at 2x speed before I realized the speed up wasn’t part of the video to put emphasis on decision fatigue! I just had managed to change the player speed! 😂

iirc David Allan says something similar, that a third of your time should be spent organizing work.
