3 Ruses Of War: Which War Strategies Are Illegal?

It was immediately clear to me which one would be "illegal" under the rules of war. If people were impersonating medics to ambush the enemy - pretty quickly medics would start getting shot on sight. If people actually did that it A: Would pretty much immediately stop working after it being done once or twice, and B: Cause tons of medics to get shot for no reason.
