I've come a long way over the past few years, but unfortunately I still occasionally see myself slip up with those 3 triggers. I can now more easily identify them thankfully. What a great topic!

If you realize you don’t like who your friend is as a person, but you kept them around for years due to your fear of abandonment because they filled that hole that you’ve now repaired through doing a lot of shadow work, what do you do? I thought this whole time he was mirroring things i didn’t like about myself but I finally realized I don’t actually do the things he does and I just don’t like those behaviors? I love him but I don’t like who he’s become as a person. What now?

My best friend of 17 years...was very toxic. Gossips about others, was very negative, and stabbed me in the back. I stayed out of loyalty, but realized that I no longer wanted her in my energy, so I cut her off. I feel so much better!

@@mydiamondlifestyle. wow. Good for you! Did you ghost or slowly distance yourself or say something to them? My friend does the same gossips about others; is very negative, and puts down people he doesn’t even know, buttt he’s very loyal to me. I love him but I feel bad for secretly having all these things that bother me about him because he’s such a loyal friend so idk. Maybe I need to just get over it and just count my blessings here.

@Cereal_Qilla 1) I tried to talk to her about it first, to give her a chance to change her behavior but it didn't work 2) I did distance myself. 3) She knew my fiance was cheating and told another friend that she wasn't going to tell me. She was going to stand next to me at the altar in 5 months...holding my wedding train and bouquet with knowledge that I was making a mistake!!! Absolutely not! She didn't have have best interest at heart and at that point it made it easier to cut her off! Now looking back at our relationship, it was always unbalanced. I am on a journey of healing and she simply couldn't go!

@@mydiamondlifestyle. wow thats actually disgusting...she knew he was cheating and was gonna walk you down the aisle. I mean why not tell you?!?? What’s in it for her? Ugh some people I swear. Luckily my friend is very protective I just don’t know about his negative behavior and gossip and making fun of others..it’s so emotionally immature and I just feel like I can’t take it. I don’t know what to do? Ugg.

Y'all know I love these videos but I want to make one suggestion... is there a way to ensure that when Thais says that something will be linked in the description box, it actually is? For example, the other shadow work videos? I know it's easy enough to do a search and it's not a huge deal, but just a suggestion for consistency, as I have seen this on a few videos in the past as well. I think it would facilitate easier access for newbies and more likelihood to go down a PDS rabbit hole, which ultimately would be a good thing for you guys! 😁 Regardless, always appreciative of the team and content! Sending lots of 💕💕

And also speaking a bit slower. I know she's been given this feedback before. But as someone from a European country, where English isn't the first language, it sometimes can be difficult to follow. Eventhough I think my English is good enough. Such a shame, as it's life changing content!

@@afriek4379 There is actually a way to slow down the audio on KZbin - if you click on the Settings icon (small gear), you can select 'playback speed' and choose a slower option. For me personally, I speed it up to 1.25x lol! But you can slow to .75 or .5 for example. I hope that is helpful!

Then perhaps try to see if healing fear of rejection can help with that. At the end of the day, he, whoever he is, is a human with flaws. Being rejected by him or him saying that you are not important does not need to hurt like hell allthough it is understandble. Clearly there is some healing that needs to take place here. That strong feeling of hurt indicates that.
